No. e-Residency is one online route. If you do not have it, contact us to discuss setting up the company through a notary and a power of attorney.
The e-Residency package includes the €265 state registration fee, a legal address and contact person for one year, company documents, a name check and guidance from our team.
No. Notary, translation and apostille costs are extra and depend on your country and documents. We will confirm them with you before you proceed.
No. The calculator shows planned share capital separately from the package. It is allocated to the company, not paid to Eesti Consulting.
